Direct Counsel has partnered with an elite national law firm in their search for a highly qualified and motivated litigation associate for their Financial Services Litigation Practice Group.
This position is open to all firm offices, with a preference for Kansas City, Los Angeles, Philadelphia or New York.

Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience or clerking experience, and superb problem-solving, writing and communication skills.
The ideal candidates will possess 3+ years of diverse litigation or clerking experience. Requisite experience includes :
- Litigation involving commercial real estate
- Litigation involving distressed loans and real estate
- Debt and security instruments
- Creditor and lender liability
- Taking and defending depositions
- Demonstrated experience in the courtroom

The expected salary range will be between $230,000 - $390,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
