Pay Range : $24-$38 / hr (based on experience)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM

What You’ll Do :
- Operate CNC Machinery : Utilize advanced CNC lathes, mills, and grinders to produce parts with exact specifications and high precision, ensuring top-quality production every time.
- Optimize Machine Setups : Lead the setup and programming of machines, selecting and installing the right tools, adjusting speeds and feeds, and ensuring that each setup is efficient for maximum productivity.
- Read & Interpret Blueprints : Use your expertise to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints, transforming designs into high-precision parts.
- Precision Measuring : Leverage precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to check parts against tight tolerances, ensuring every component meets quality standards.
- Troubleshoot & Maintain Machines : Keep machines running smoothly by performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and troubleshooting any mechanical problems to minimize downtime.
- Maintain High-Quality Standards : Perform in-process inspections and final checks to ensure parts meet quality and specification requirements.

Follow Safety Protocols : Work in a safe and clean environment, following all safety guidelines and ensuring the workplace is organized and hazard-free.
What We’re Looking For :
- Proven Experience : 10+ years of CNC machining experience, including working with CNC lathes, mills, and grinders in a manufacturing setting.
- Blueprint & Tooling Expertise : Expertise in reading blueprints and selecting the proper tooling and machine setup to achieve precision.
- Quality & Detail-Oriented : A sharp eye for detail with a strong focus on quality control and a commitment to producing parts to exact specifications.
- Strong Problem-Solver : Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve mechanical problems independently, ensuring machines are running at optimal performance.
- Independent Setup : Comfortable with setting up machines, adjusting parameters, and programming as needed to produce parts efficiently and accurately.
- Technical Training : Formal CNC training and certifications are a plus, but hands-on experience and the ability to think on your feet are key.
