Position : LEAD Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant / Manager
Location : Pittsburgh, PA (98% remote)
Duration : 6++ months
Start Date : ASAP

In this hands-on role, you will be the go-to resource to assist our clients with implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Cloud Supply Chain ERP applications and address functionality questions and pain points, in the SCM areas of Order Management, Inventory, Order to Cash, Manufacturing and Cost Management.
You will recommend best practices in leveraging system technology to meet day-to-day business needs. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement realistic solutions that align with business expectations.
You will interface with senior management to define a technology roadmap that aligns with key business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Document system overlay onto business process flows, highlighting issues and gaps
- Become a trusted partner with Supply Chain business users
- Identify functionality to optimize Supply Chain processes
- Generate and identify reports for senior management
- Implement roadmap functionality
Competencies :
- Able to scope, plan, and manage functional and technical implementations
- Able to recommend best practices (with technical solutions)
- Able to successfully perform business process mapping
- Able to draft / publish SOPs and work instructions
- Able to manage third party consultants and contractors
- Able to publish training documentation and train end users
- Flexible, able to work in dynamic environment with shifting schedule requirements
- Experience in pharma, Life Sciences or Bio-pharma industry preferred
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP; 1-2+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP
- Education : B.S. or M.S. required
- Supply Chain(SCM), ASCP, and / or Cost Accounting experience in an IT business role
- Working knowledge of : Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Cost Accounting & SLA
- Prior experience with new implementations and / or upgrades to Oracle Cloud SCM
- Demonstrated experience as a cross-functional team / project leader
- Prior professional experience in a very fast-paced environment, ideally working in international markets
- Experience in pharma, Life Sciences or Bio-pharma industry preferred
