Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Clarifi Staffing Solutions isseeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst (BCBA) to join our team in providing services to schooldistricts across Illinois.

As a BCBA you will play a critical rolein assessing developing and implementing behavior interventionplans for students with diverse needs.

This position offers anexciting opportunity to make a significant impact on studentseducational and social outcomes through evidencebasedpractices.

Responsibilities :

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify thecauses and functions of challengingbehaviors.

Develop and implementindividualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based onassessment data.

Provide directand indirect support to students including oneonone interventionsand group sessions.

Train andsupport teachers paraprofessionals and parents in theimplementation of behavior strategies andinterventions.

Monitor andevaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans makingdatadriven adjustments asnecessary.

Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams including special education staffspeechlanguage pathologists occupational therapists and schoolpsychologists to support comprehensive studentdevelopment.

Maintain accurateand timely documentation of assessments interventions progressreports and other requiredrecords.

Participate in IEP(Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to thedevelopment of student goals andobjectives.

Requirements

Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology SpecialEducation or a related field.

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA).

Valid Illinois statelicensure or eligibility forlicensure.

Experience workingwith children and adolescents in a school setting particularlythose with autism and other developmentaldisabilities.

Strong knowledge ofABA principles and evidencebasedpractices.

Excellentcommunication interpersonal and organizationalskills.

Ability to workcollaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and communicateeffectively with students parents andstaff.

Commitment to ongoingprofessional development and staying current with advancements inABA.
