As a Territory Manager for the West Coast region, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets through consultative selling of SAP Data Migration enterprise solutions.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with mid- to large-sized companies, focusing on developing a pipeline, closing deals, and contributing to the growth strategy of the sales team.
The role requires a deep understanding of SAP, although prior consulting experience in SAP is not required. You MUST live in a West Coast state (CA, WA, OR are preferred, but will consider CO & AZ)
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas by developing and executing strategic account plans for your assigned region.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing deals valued between $1M $10M, with typical sales cycles of 3 6 months.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and solutions, particularly in the areas of data migration and SAP integration.
- Travel approximately 30% within the region to meet clients, attend industry events, and drive sales opportunities.
Qualifications :
- 3 5 years of experience in SAP solutions sales
- Strong knowledge of SAP solutions, though prior consulting experience is not required.
- Proven track record of closing large deals ($1M $10M) with mid- to large-sized organizations.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles (3 6 months) and develop a robust pipeline.
- Experience selling to enterprise customers; experience in data migration is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to sell ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Travel & Territory :
- West Coast : Primarily California, with potential travel to Colorado.
