Commercial Construction Project manager Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of ground-up , addition , and renovation projects ranging from $5-$15 million .

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing diverse commercial construction projects while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Project manager Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through project close-out.
• Oversee ground-up , renovation , and addition projects in diverse sectors including retail , restaurants , healthcare , education , and municipalities .
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.

Project Manager Qualifications :

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven success managing projects valued at $5-$15 million .
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting , scheduling , subcontractor management , and client relations .
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
