Soleo Health is seeking a Temporary Clinical Program Pharmacy Manager to support the daily operations and direct management of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Remotely (USA) .

Training may include travel to AZ or OH. Join us in simplifying complex care!

The Position :

The Clinical Program Pharmacy Manager oversees the daily operations and directly manages the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians of the team.

This role will ensure that all necessary tasks are completed to dispense the prescriptions for patients. Responsibilities include :

  • Monitor daily productivity of the staff to meet the service level required.
  • Participates in company’s Performance Improvement Program as necessary.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by completing all necessary requirements for renewals of licenses and certifications.
  • Promotes teamwork, leadership, service, mentorship, positivity, and optimism to strengthen staff and contributes to an excellent customer service model and work environment.
  • Develops, recommends, and implements new avenues for operational refinement, growth, and innovation in service delivery from the fulfillment hub.
  • Ensures adherence by all team members to company strategic objectives, policies and procedures, standards of conduct, state and federal regulations, and encourages the use of corporate personnel as resources when appropriate.
  • Attends mandatory annual in-services that are required by position.
  • Reports to the appropriate manager(s) / corporate compliance officer(s) of any known or suspected violations of policies and procedures, regulations, or standards of conduct.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or MS in Pharmacy is preferred unless state required
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in state of residence
  • Experience in and strong knowledge of Home Infusion therapy and Specialty Pharmacy Required
  • Management skills and experience in supervising the pharmacy aspects of home infusion therapy and Specialty Pharmacy
  • Efficiency in CPR Plus is desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary in interactions with patients, clients, management, and staff
  • Excellent planning, problem solving, organizational, time management and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
