Ideal candidate should possess the following skills :
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience with litigation - primarily civil litigation
- Experience with legal research, motions, discovery, depositions
- Drafting case evaluations and opinion letters
- Courtroom and deposition experience
- Trial experience is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Licensed to practice
