Sales Representative
Location : Individual must live within 2 hours of Chicago, IL, Indianapolis, IN or Milwaukee, WI
The compensation package is extremely competitive.
Job Responsibilities :
Create and generate sales opportunities through business development.
Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with a purpose.
Conduct sales activities to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Utilize CRM software.
Respond in a timely manner to customer needs and requests.
Consistently meet expectations through teamwork, respect and willingness to help and support others.
Ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
Monitor the industry competitors and market conditions.
Maximize efficiency through proper planning and scheduling.
Participate in forecasts, budgets and planning strategy sessions.
Experience :
3 -5 years sales experience in the aluminum extrusion market
Knowledge and understanding of the aluminum extrusion materials process and applications.
Outside sales experience
Experience effectively managing a large territory.
