Primary Duties :

• Application of Floor Coating Technology : Skillfully apply our state-of-the-art floor coating solutions to existing concrete surfaces with precision and attention.
• Client Interaction : Deliver on-site assistance to customers, showcasing outstanding White Glove service and upholding our Jobsite Code of Conduct.
• Autonomous Performance : Excel in a position that demands meticulousness and the capacity to work autonomously.
• Learning and Flexibility : Rapidly grasp and excel in new product offerings and installation techniques.
• Teamwork : Thrive in a dynamic, high-energy, and cooperative setting, contributing to the collective triumph of our team.

Qualifications :

• Proven track record in a role involving the application of coatings on concrete surfaces.
• Previous exposure to concrete polishing or repairs.
• Exceptional eye for detail and capability to work independently.
• Outstanding client service aptitude and dedication to excellence.
• Capacity to adapt to fresh technologies and installation procedures.
• Self-driven and responsible, with a hands-on approach to resolving challenges.

Compensation :

$35,000 - $40,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Skillfully apply our green coating technology, including base coat, flake, and topcoat applications during installations.
• Execute meticulous preparation of floor surfaces before applying the base coat.
• Provide detailed attention to customers' locations while working.
• Immediately report any issues encountered during the installation process to management.
• Demonstrate BauCon Coatings's White Glove Service excellence to customers.
• Strictly adhere to our Job site Code of Conduct guidelines.
• Utilize our operating system to input notes and upload before / after pictures for each work order completion.

Qualifications :

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in applying floor coatings using epoxy or paint is required.
• Experience with polishing concrete or concrete renovation is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail are essential.
• Ability to fulfill all physical job requirements with or without accommodations.
• Capable of giving and receiving feedback effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities are necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in applying coatings to concrete surfaces.
• Strong attention to detail and the capability to work independently are crucial.
• Excellent customer service skills and a dedication to quality service.
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and installation techniques.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and proactive in addressing challenges.
