Currently we are looking to fill the vital role of Switchboard Operator / Customer Service Rep.
Receives and disseminates calls to the operator through the phone system. Receives and disseminates incoming postal mail.
Meters outgoing mail for pickup by the Postal Service. This position is responsible for performing other receptionist and clerical duties.
One year general office experience and / or equivalent education or job related activities, preferably in a health care setting.
Must have telephone communication skills and be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress. Must be able to operate a computer, type accurately and use a calculator efficiently.
Must have ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, be able to follow directions and perform work according to department standards Must be dependable with a good attendance and reliability.
