Responsibilities / Duties
Handling customer transactions such as deposits, withdraws, transfers, balance inquires; opening / closing accounts; checking, savings, CDs; customer service to internet, mobile, and telephone banking customers.
Required Experience
One-year cash handling preferred; minimum one-year customer service.
Required Skills
Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently; positive attitude and strong work ethic; excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks with precision; high level of attention to detail; strong oral communication skills.
