Audio Visual Operations Manager - Boston

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audio Visual Operations Manager to oversee the audiovisual systems and equipment in our Boston location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and ensuring the seamless execution of audiovisual events and projects.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in audiovisual operations and management
  • Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual systems, equipment, and software
  • Proficient in using audiovisual equipment, such as mixers, microphones, projectors, and lighting systems
  • Familiarity with video conferencing systems and protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the audiovisual systems and equipment
  • Oversee the setup, operation, and takedown of audiovisual equipment for meetings, events, and presentations
  • Ensure all audiovisual equipment is in good working order and perform regular maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their audiovisual needs and provide assistance and guidance
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure successful execution of audiovisual projects
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in audiovisual operations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective audiovisual operations
  • Train and support staff members on the proper use of audiovisual equipment and systems
