Position : Digital Forensics Technician
Location : Los Angeles, California
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive digital forensic investigations across a variety of devices and platforms.
- Manage the entire e-discovery lifecycle, from data identification and preservation to collection, processing, review, and production.
- Utilize industry-leading tools and frameworks, including FTK, Oxygen, Cellebrite, and EDRM, to perform detailed forensic analysis.
- Prepare clear and concise forensic reports, ensuring all findings are documented accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with legal teams, law enforcement, and clients to provide expert testimony and support during investigations and legal proceedings.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital forensics and e-discovery.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in digital forensics and e-discovery, with a strong understanding of the entire e-discovery lifecycle.
- Proficiency with forensic tools and frameworks such as FTK, Oxygen, Cellebrite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., EnCE, CCE, CFCE) are a plus.
