Description :

We're looking for a seasoned marketing technology expert to help us successfully integrate marketing systems, people, process and told into the client ecosystem.

This is a critical role on the Marketing M&A Integration and Operations team that consists of evaluating marketing system / process / people / tools, mapping out business process, working on cross-functional solutions, assisting with testing, and working with a wide range of stakeholders.

This role also serves as a critical linchpin between business and technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs to ensure we deliver successful outcomes and solutions.

This person will also help facilitate some administrative and project management duties across a wide range of teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Key player in the analysis of current state marketing systems, process and dataWork with a large cross-functional group of stakeholders with competing prioritiesResponsible for business process mapping, including template and process creationFacilitate requirements gathering and approval process & facilitate handoff to technical teamsAssist in translation of business requirements to technical specificationsDrive technical documentation gathering initiativesPartner with technical experts to drive conceptual designs and solutionsAid in planning and execution of End to End and User Acceptance TestingFacilitate administrative duties such as timeline management, meeting setup and facilitation, status updates and scheduling
