Analyst, Investments
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist the team in analyzing and underwriting commercial real estate loans and acquisitions nationwide.
Responsibilities :
- Determine the viability of commercial real estate projects nationwide by performing detailed due diligence on the property, borrower, and tenant.
- Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda and financing packages for CRE debt investment opportunities
- Develop risk management strategies and recommend loan structures that minimize potential losses.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to determine the creditworthiness of the tenant and / or borrower.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local and national real estate trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting retail properties.
Qualifications :
- 0-3 years of experience within commercial real estate or a related field
