Pay Rate : $18 - 20 per hour

Schedule : Monday through Sunday (5 days per week) with shifts from 9 AM - 5 PM and 10 AM - 6 PM ​

What You'll Do ​

• Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat for tax and financial service inquiries
• Assist members with questions about tax filing, refunds, deductions, and account management
• Resolve member issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a smooth service experience
• Educate clients about available tax and financial products and assist with account setup and updates
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, financial services, and company policies to effectively assist members
• Document member interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely solutions​
