Compensation :

With a competitive pay range of $70.00 - $85.00 per visit, your dedication translates directly into earnings :

  • Full-Time (26-35 visits per week) : $94,640 to $154,700 annually
  • Part-Time (10-20 visits per week) : $36,400 to $88,400 annually

Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist :

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Fort Collins. In this role, you'll make a real difference by assessing clients' needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and helping them improve their communication and swallowing abilities.

Your work will be life-changing for the families you support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy to improve clients' daily activities.
  • Educate clients and families on exercises and strategies to enhance communication and swallowing.
  • Document progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications :

  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado.
  • Experience in home health or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in electronic medical record documentation.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Flexibility to adapt to diverse client needs.
