Compensation : $110,000 - $145,000 Annual Salary
Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-term and Short-term disability insurance and PTO.

Position Description :
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Delmar, NY. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Qualifications of the Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) :
- Valid Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) license in the state of New York.
- 1+ years of experience as Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) in a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) setting.
