Alliance Operations Manager
The Role :
The Video Collaboration Alliance Operations Manager is responsible for doing operational activities with alliance partners, handling purchasing activities associated with the programs, tracking expenses and budgets, and reconciling the expenses.
Other various responsibilities include, but are not limited to : assisting team members with organizing and scheduling events, assisting with operations support, and occasionally helping with special projects.
Your Contribution :
In this role you will :
Track projects and programs with alliance partners and manage the deliverables, and expenses
Submit purchase orders for hardware, manage inventory, and shipment.
Ensure correct budgeting and tracking for all expenses
Assist the team with budget forecasting and tracking
Coordinate special projects and deliverables for the team
Organize team activities
Key Qualifications :
Managing tasks and projects
Managing budgets and expenses
Systems Management experience
Advanced spreadsheet knowledge and experience
Logistics experience and management
Contract management and transaction coordination
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include :
Able to maintain deliverables and deadlines
Able to collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments
Experience in business management
