Front of House Team Member Responsibilities :
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact

- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time

- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Qualifications and Requirements :
- 16 years old or older
- Required Saturday availability
- Minimum of three week days plus Saturday available to work
- Able to work consistently for a minimum of 12 months from day of hire
- Consistency and reliability

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
