Job Description :
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join their team in Brooklyn Center, MN. This role focuses on supporting ERP enhancements, as well as leading IT projects.
The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams, engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong communication and the ability to drive conversations with business leaders, technical staff, and manufacturing personnel are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- ERP Enhancements & IT Projects : Support the ERP system (Acumatica) and manage other IT-related projects, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of business systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units, working directly with leadership, technical teams, and staff on the manufacturing floor.
- System Support : Administer, monitor, and maintain applications, troubleshoot complex system issues, and deliver training and guidance to end users.
- Process Improvement : Analyze and enhance business processes, collaborating with vendor partners on fixes and updates.
- Documentation & Reporting : Develop and maintain system documentation and prepare reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Testing & Maintenance : Execute test plans, support testing efforts, and perform regular maintenance, including software upgrades.
Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with a focus on ERP or CRM systems (experience with Acumatica preferred).
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred.
- Experience with SQL and software integration projects is a plus.
- Ability to manage projects and meet business goals within deadlines.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment :
The role involves frequent interaction with a dynamic team in an office environment. Some travel (up to 10%) may be required for training or conferences.
