Paid Search Supervisor
Position Overview :
The Search Supervisor plays an instrumental role in leading day-to-day client communication, strategy, execution / optimization, and campaign performance of paid search accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Work with the Director of Search to determine the best search strategy for the client.
- Develop search strategy and campaign execution based on client objectives.
- Collaborate with integrated media team to develop recommendations as well as provide analysis and actionable insights.
- Serve as point-of-contact and grow ongoing client, vendor, and partner relationships.
- Maintain accountability over search planned budget and campaign delivery.
- Perform account hygiene with regards to routine campaign maintenance and auditing practices.
- Ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Keep up-to-date with search landscape industry changes and tying into to client business.
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance / leadership to a team.
Skills and Qualifications :
- A Bachelors’ degree or relevant experience applicable to the marketing, advertising, and
- communications industry
- 3-5 years of paid search (SEM) experience with at least 1 year managing a team
- Effective problem solver with a solution-oriented, data-driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge and experience with ad tech platforms and major search engines
Google, Bing)
- You excel at Excel and are comfortable with formulas, pivots, lookup tables.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and exhibit the ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and achieve key deadlines and projects
- A team-first personality with a positive attitude and a flexible, collaborative work style
