About The Position
Job Title : Social Worker MSW Job Specialty : Behavioral Health Services Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : 24 hours a week (Part-time) Experience : Master's required License : LCSW-C Certifications : BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC Must-Have : Must hold a master's degree in social work and be licensed as an LCSW-C.
Job Description : Provide counseling services within the behavioral health department.- Facilitate discharge planning for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain patient records and document treatment plans accurately.
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews.- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills pertaining to behavioral health practices.- Assist in crisis intervention when necessary.
