Civil Engineer - Project Manager
Gpac, a 30+ year recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Civil Engineering industry. Our client, a fast-growing family company, is seeking a highly skilled Professional Engineer to join their team as a Project Manager over their water resource team.

Position Responsibilities :
- Design and develop water resource engineering projects
- Develop and review project proposals to meet client needs
- Manage team by prioritizing workloads ensuring meeting and exceeding project deliverables
- Implement stormwater management strategies and solutions
- Coordinate labor and equipment resources
- Provide technical guidance and support by training and mentoring team
Position Essential Job Functions :
- Utilize working knowledge of design standards to create innovative engineering solutions
- Apply expertise in AASHTO, MUTCD, WEG, APWA, and AWWA to ensure compliance and quality
- Utilize ArcGIS, InfoSWMM, and CAD software for data analysis and project design
- Conduct field surveys and inspections to gather data for engineering projects
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates
Position Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in using design software and tools including AASHTO, MUTCD, WEG, APWA, and AWWA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
