Quikaid is a fast-growing legal services company! We have an exciting and fast-paced work environment and we are undergoing a major growth phase.

We are looking for strong Sales Representatives to join our New Client Department. At Quikaid, our Sales Representatives are a critical part of our company's success.

Basically, our Sales Representatives (what we call our "Intake Team") answer calls from prospective clients to determine if we can help them obtain disability benefits.

We pre-screen callers and sell them on Quikaid's service! We answer any preliminary questions our prospective clients have, and discuss advantages of having a legal representative on their claim to help "make the sale.

If we can help them, we send our representation paperwork, then follow up on the paperwork.

Our New Client ("Intake") team responds to warm leads ONLY!!!! No cold-calling!!!

Job Description

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients interested in obtaining Social Security disability benefits
  • Ask questions to determine if we can help them (pre-screen them)
  • If we can help them, describe how Quikaid works and why they should use our service!
  • After our legal paperwork is sent, follow up with them to make sure they received it and determine if they have any questions and encourage them to return the signed paperwork so we can get started.
  • This is a full-time Work From Home (WFH) position.
  • Our Intake hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Requirements

  • Experience working in an office environment (law firm, insurance company, medical practice, etc.)
  • Strong and accurate communication skills
  • Sales skills
  • Positive personality (smile through the phone!)
  • Professional demeanor
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, & outgoing
  • Team player - works well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated - can work with little supervision
  • Must type at least 50 words per minute
  • Good technology skills (multi-tasking by talking on phone while entering information into our case management system).

Technology Requirements

  • You must have a personal computer (PC) with Windows software.
  • MacBooks & ChromeBooks cannot be used.
  • In addition to a PC, you must have an external keyboard, mouse, headset with microphone, a UPS battery backup, and working webcam (for training).

Your technology will be reviewed and tested prior to your Start Date.

  • We require at least two, 24" monitors as they allow you to multi-task more effectively.
  • You must have wired Internet access. WiFi cannot be used due to security and reliability reasons.
  • You must have a quiet place to work in your home (for example, spare bedroom, home office, den, etc.). Background noise is not acceptable.
  • We provide ALL software you need to perform your job duties, but you are required to provide the above hardware (including Windows 10+)

The base pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr and there are daily bonuses provided for strong performers.

Typically, bonuses for strong performers results in $2-4 per hour in additional pay.

We have a generous Break policy! You can basically take breaks whenever you want or need to, with 30 minutes of paid break each day.

Other Information

This is for a Monday, July 15th start date . This will allow you to provide sufficient notice to your existing employer (if you are employed currently).

This date is not negotiable because we will start training all new employees on this date.

  • Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug screening prior to your Start Date. If you are not going to "pass" your background check and / or drug screening, we would discourage you from applying.
  • We will review your technology components to ensure they meet the above requirements prior to your Start Date. We call this a "Technology Certification."
  • If you are invited to interview, the interview will be conducted remotely via video. Generally, you will interview with 1-2 members of our senior management team, approximately 30 minutes per interview.

All new hires must complete two rounds of interviews and an aptitude test prior to being offered the position.
