The store manager acts as the store’s team leader. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. As the store manager, you should feel comfortable delegating tasks and playing off of your teammates' strengths.
It is your responsibility to identify patterns and recurring issues in the front and back end of the business. You should have at least a basic understanding of all aspects of your business.

- Handles all customer service issues
- Maintaining store filing system
- Participate in job interviews
