Job Description

RPI Consultants is hiring Project Manager to join our growing Infor Lawson Practice. This position is responsible for managing Infor Cloudsuite upgrades, process improvement projects, and implementations and for working with the rest of the RPI Project Management team to continuously improve project delivery.

RPI Project Managers lead teams of consultants towards successful delivery of project goals and act as the primary liaisons with our clients.

Be the Point Person

• Project plan development, updates, deliverables, and milestones
• Manage scope, solution approach, and implementation methodology
• Manage and supervise onsite delivery
• Estimate resource requirements
• Identify, assign, and manage delivery team resources
• Point of contact for any client escalation
• Coordinate status meetings and updates
• Ensure quality of deliverables
• Manage timelines and project budget
• Lead client and RPI teams to successful project outcomes

The ideal candidate will have a high level of project leadership and customer service skills and have the ability to think strategically.

They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as have the ability to interface effectively with our customers (at all levels) and work with other RPI Practice Managers to effectively generate revenue where opportunities align.

Qualifications

Typical Skills and Experience :

• 3+ years in Project Management role for enterprise software projects
• Experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversion and migration, custom developments, unit testing, integration testing, cut-over planning & execution, go-live and system stabilization
• ERP, especially Infor Lawson implementation experience
