Registered Nurse (RN), Transitional Care Job Type : PRN / Hourly Variable 8 & 12 hour shiftsDepartment / Unit SummaryTCU is a 30-bed short-term skilled hospital-based rehab unit that offers daily nursing ADL care, PT, OT, and Speech therapy.

Patients come to TCU for a few days to a week or more to recover, get stronger and go home. TCU helps patients with acute and chronic illnesses stabilize and enables them to return home safely.

Department Staffing includes a combination of licensed and unlicensed staff each shift according to patient census, 2-3 licensed nurses and 2-3 unlicensed staff.
