We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Associate for our Wholesale Department. The Sales Associates primary role is to drive sales and profitability for the company through building and cultivating long-term partnerships with customers and academies.
The successful candidate will be able to execute their work according to the company's standards and best practices, and manage wholesale accounts in an efficient, timely manner.
Compensation : negotiable, based on experience and skill set

Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to be responsible for managing virtual and international wholesale activities.

Knowledge of the Jiu-Jitsu industry is a plus.

Sales Responsibilities
- Manage current wholesale accounts
- Develop new business relationships through social media engagement, CRM processes and phone outreach
- Creating an action plan to increase wholesale market share internationally and successfully implementing it
- Educate customers on services offered, product value and features
- Understand customers' business needs and seek appropriate alignment when providing support
- Collaborate and share best practices with other department team members
- Participate and contribute ideas and recommendations to supervisor and management
- Effectively manage and prioritize time on converting new accounts, maintaining existing ones and prospecting futures
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Commitment to driving sales and engaging with customers
- Reports directly to Executive Management
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a sales associate
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, E-commerce platforms such as Shopify and others
- Customer orientated, and ability to adapt / respond to different types of personalities
- Refined presentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of sales experience
- Valid California Drivers License
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 50lbs
