Position Overview
- Perform software quality assurance, testing, and support for a wide range of social services applications such as TIERS, , and other related platforms.
- Develop, enhance, maintain, and execute test plans using Agile methodologies on the SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) platform.
- Participate in various phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, test design, test data preparation, and actual testing.
- Collaborate with other teams and create technical documentation.
- Provide technical support during testing and implementation phases.
- Ensure that applications meet technical standards and function properly.
- Attend meetings to give input on program design, coding, and testing.
Required Experience and Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software development and SDLC.
- Deep understanding of software engineering practices, including Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in analyzing requirements and creating test plans to ensure the applications meet their intended functionality.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Selenium, SoapUI, and SQL.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of experience with specific tools like HP LoadRunner, Katalon, Selenium, JIRA, SQL, JAMA, and manual or automated testing.
- Experience working with various teams in a collaborative environment.
