Working with another Child Care Teacher in the classroom, you will :

Assist withhands-on activitiesto meet the needs and interests of the children.

Communicate daily with parents.Document and sharethe important milestones in theirchild’s day.

Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Requirements :

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements :

At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GEDrequired

Demonstratedexperience workingwith children;child care, daycare, or preschool preferred

Must meet Delaware licensing requirements for an Assistant Teacher. Early childhood coursework, including TECE 1 required (or the equivalent in ECE credits)

TECE 2 or additional ECE credits preferred

Compensation Range : $13.10 - $15.95
