    We are looking for a dynamic leader, self starter and experienced restaurant professional to join the Post Family as we continue to grow.

    The ideal candidate will have managed high volume restaurants with a large staff, is a selfless hospitalitarian, unflappable, nimble, adaptable, vibe builder and great communicator.

    Velvet Elk Lounge (next door, same kitchen) was born from the desire to create a small, funky, live music venue in Boulder where you can get a proper cocktail and listen to great, local music.

    In the absence of live performances, patrons can enjoy DJ sets, open mic sessions, vibrant dance parties, and a variety of other engaging events.

    • Wine, beer, spirits and cocktail geeks with the skills to teach and inspire others (Cicerone Certification is a plus!)
    • Passion for food, how it is prepared, and what makes delicious things...DELICIOUS!!
    • Communication skills that are exhaustive, and equally compelling verbally or written
    • You focus to surpass objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment

    Requirements :

    • Minimum 2 years of manager / management / supervisory duty in a full service restaurant setting and at least 3 years in Hospitality
    • Working knowledge of POS / Toast, Scheduling Software, Excel (spreadsheets), Google Suite and Electronic Order Entry
    • ServSafe Manager & TIPS certified (we'll provide training!)
    • Handle the physical requirements of a restaurant manager job which includes bending, reaching, standing for long periods of time and carrying and lifting heavy and really hot stuff!
    • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
    • Integrity, intelligence, honesty and a willingness to learn, dig in, and be world famous.
