Candidate Requirements :
The ideal candidate must be a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Hospitalist. This opportunity is open to new graduates and J1 or H-1B visa candidates, providing an excellent entry point for those commencing their medical careers.
Job Highlights :
- Employment within a community practice model
- Integration into a growing 9-hospital physician-led healthcare system
- Inclusion in a high-quality hospitalist team consisting of 8 physicians
- A balanced 7-on / 7-off schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with no night shifts required
- Anticipated inpatient volume per provider is 14-16 patients per day
- Coverage includes a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit, with short-term vent management required
- Optional procedures encompass CVP, intubations, and lumbar punctures
- Access to Tele ICU support within the system of care
- Specialty support includes general surgery, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, pulmonary and respiratory, radiology, anesthesia, emergency medicine, neurosciences, oncology, orthopedics, and dermatology
