Duties :
- Oversee and manage packaging associates.
- Operate forklift (as needed) to move materials and products within the building.
- Build a proficient team by cross-training, regular performance reviews.
- Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet standards.
- Manage daily order preparedness, shipments while following set procedures.
- Seamless communication with other departments as needed such as Customer Service, Production, Warehouse, Management.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in packaging or warehouse lead preferred.
- Ability to operate a forklift and other mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of CGMP guidelines is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multitask and stay organized with the set game plan.
