A company is looking for a Work from Home Canadian French Bilingual Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
Must be fluent in English and Canadian French (written and verbal)
Minimum high school diploma; college preferred
Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
Experience supporting consumer products and / or services
