Account Manager
Amerit Fleet Solutions , one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., is looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team! The Account Manager partners with our customers and ensures their long-term success.
The Account Manager's role is to manage an assigned customer with fleet assets under a maintenance agreement, communicate updates from the customer to support the day-to-day requests, account reporting, account & internal relationships, review and process billing and overall account performance while seeking opportunities to grow.

Compensation : Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range : $100,000 - $120,000

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Key contact and trusted advisor for account relationships, including all business partners, OARs and executive contract sponsors.
- Prepare reports on account status and be able to speak to the data with customers.
- Review and submit all weekly billing. Be able to understand all details on invoices and resolve any discrepancies with customer and operations promptly.
- Clearly communicate the progress and forecasting account metrics and initiatives; weekly / monthly / quarterly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Understanding of future opportunities and forecasting additional labor headcount.
- Travel to sites around the Puget Sound, WA.
Key Competencies and Minimum Education :
Proven work experience as a national account manager or key account manager, preferably within an equipment fleet business.
Preferred experience with an industrial or manufacturing customer segment.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including the field, executive and C-level.
- Proficient in MS Excel experience and MS Office to create and present reports.
- Experience in processing billing, invoices, work orders and fleet repairs.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be a self-starter and can work independently.
- BA / BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Fleet maintenance or automotive industry experience a plus.
