Manager - Marketing Planning And Strategy - Producer
The Producer will be responsible for executing omni-channel campaigns and programs for Walmart Connect (WMC). This complex, cross-functional role is responsible for project management and implementation of campaigns that span the Walmart ecosystem. This role reports to the Lead Producer and collaborates with the Creative Strategist and Art Director to support a specific strategic business unit. They will also partner with WMC cross-functional teams to help deliver high-impact marketing and advertising solutions for clients.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, creative and highly organized who can oversee multiple campaigns concurrently for a specific vertical channel. They will play a crucial role in bringing customized programs to life, ultimately driving revenue and meeting the needs of advertisers and customers.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Leading and managing multiple creative projects, collaborating directly with business partners, and vertical team.
- Acting as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and clients to ensure clear, proactive, solutions-oriented communication.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships, demonstrating business acumen project management expertise, and the ability to drive fast-moving initiatives to launch.
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Partnering with SBU teams and cross-functional stakeholders to execute innovative ideas, campaigns, and programs.
- Navigating approval processes, execution steps, and performance measurement for campaigns and programs.
- Tracking project progress and maintaining status documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring campaigns post-launch and delivering activation decks to clients.
- Identifying risks and removing roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Fostering a spirit of partnership, collaboration, agility, and operational excellence.
Position Requirements include :
5+ years' experience in project management or producer experience in marketing, agency, e-commerce, advertising media, or related field.A positive solution-oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity and can quickly pivot when needed.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey relevant information clearly and adapt messaging to diverse audiences.Strong organizational skills and excels at attention to detail.Highly collaborative and strong relationship-building skills. Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines to align on cross functional buy in.Experience managing creative, complex and multi-channel campaigns in tight timelines.Understanding of retail, shopper marketing, revenue organizations, account management, and retail media or digital media landscape.Ability to identify risks and dependencies, define schedules, and work independently.Must have experience with Workfront, Excel, and Power Point.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Fine Arts, or related field.
