Earn $50,000 - $60,000 / year + commission (High performers make over $150,000!)
About Us :
Premier Roofing Company is one of the biggest roofing contractors in the U.S., serving 16 cities and growing fast. Our Direct Repair team needs pros to help with insurance claim assessments for our insurance carrier partners.
You'll get to inspect storm damage claims directly from the insurance carrier and contract with policyholders to complete repairs.
With direct referrals from our carrier partners, you can expect high close rates (>
50%).

What You'll Do :
- Claim Inspections : Get claim assignments and conduct inspections / sales calls within 2 days.
- Build Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Meet Sales Targets : Smash your sales goals through effective inspections, presentations, and closing techniques.
- Travel : Be ready to travel up to 2 months per year, typically during spring and summer, for 2 weeks at a time if necessary.
- Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services.
- Support the Team : Help with other sales duties and lines of business as needed.
What We're Looking For :
- Sales Experience : Proven experience in sales, especially in home improvement, insurance adjusting, or construction.
- Great Communicator : Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent Worker : Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Clean Driving Record : Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Education / Experience : BA or 4 years of experience in construction sales, insurance adjusting, or related services.
- Driven : Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
