VP Government Business Development / Customer Success

Duties, Related Skills :

  • Serve as Strategic Program Leader for Vecna's government business unit with a focus on health care systems, patient access & engagement, clinic & provider scheduling, workflow improvement, performance analysis, and process automation.
  • Forge effective and lasting relationships with major accounts within government agencies, including Department of Veterans Affairs, and strategic industry partners.
  • Formulate, prioritize, and present strategic guidance and proposals to government customer leadership to achieve agency goals and comply with mandates.
  • Communicate mission priorities and objectives to company staff and customer personnel at all levels.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, teaming / partner arrangements, and pricing for a wide range of government contract and contract vehicle opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product team on an ongoing basis to design and apply new administrative and technology-based processes and procedures to improve patient access, self-service patient check-in, registration, 3rd party insurance verification, coordination of benefits, electronic surveys, clinical screenings & reminders, patient flow and lobby management.
  • Ensure compliance with wide range of regulations involving health care policy, software, and hardware, including Section 508, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), HIPAA Privacy & Security, NIST-based Risk Management Framework (RMF) IT Security Accreditation, Authority To Operate (ATO).
