Empowering Delegation : Lead and support our dedicated LPNs and CNAs by delegating tasks that align with their strengths, ensuring quality care across the board.
Clear Communication : Foster trusting relationships through open communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Document your insights and interventions accurately, contributing to a seamless care experience.

What We’re Looking For :
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred;
Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that shine in a team-oriented environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be needed based on the setting.
