- Ventilated patients kept for a maximum of 4 hours before transfer- Respond to Neonatologist within 30 minutes- No IV Team;
Respiratory Therapist available 24 / 7; Attend deliveries- In-house pharmacy service until midnight, remote service thereafter- Expected to float to the nursery- Floor-specific orientation of 2-3 shifts- Work with common NICU cases : Pre-term infants >
32 weeks, grow feeder, and sepsis- Must be baby-friendly, following the hospital's policies and procedures- Responsible for full care, including drawing own labs- Cancellation Policy : The hospital may cancel up to 3 times per contract, with potential payment for full hours
