Target Digital Network Analyst

Job Description

PLEX Solutions, LLC is seeking Target Digital Network Analysts to support a contract in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The Target Digital Network Analyst conducts advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, to profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain more target information.

The Target Digital Network Analyst Level 1 will :

Have an understanding of the principles and methods of exploiting foreign

communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and

disseminate information in accordance with established requirements and priorities

• Analyze DNI / DNR data for reportable intelligence information and build target profiles
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Perform sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of DNI and DNR

analytic techniques

Analyze DNI data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on

collection requirements

Perform research using open source and classified sources to develop comprehensive

baseline profiles of designated target sets

Identify intelligence gaps and evaluate the intelligence gathered in order to either tailor

current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps

Required Skills

• Craft and execute complex queries using specified customer tools
• Understand multiple communication protocols and networking concepts
• Analyze DNI / DNR metadata and content data for target development and discovery
• Technical analysis of target systems and networks
• Use target development databases, analyze social and communications networks
• Assist in the planning of collection opportunities and perform tasking
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience performing TDNA duties and a BS Degree*, (OR) AS Degree and 4 years of relevant experience (OR) HS Diploma or equivalent and 6 years of related experience .
• TS / SCI clearance with polygraph
• Degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Relevant experience must be in aspects of intelligence analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis).

Desired Skills

Experience in additional areas of SIGINT analysis to include SIGINT

reporting, SIGINT geospatial analysis, and network exploitation analysis are a plus.

Technical degree and / or certifications are highly desired.

The salary range is a general guideline for each position. The actual salary is determined by specific program, labor category, education / certifications, professional experience and security clearance levels.

As a government contractor the labor category minimum qualifications determine suitability of each candidate and the corresponding salary allowable.
