Duties &Responsibilities :

Engage with potential clientsto understand their travel needs preferences and financialconsiderations.

Customize marketing materials acrossvarious platforms like social media bulletin boards and flyers toappeal to our clientele.

Provide expert advice on traveldestinations considering factors such as weather culture and visarequirements.

Efficiently handle travel bookings feecollection and document acquisition from clients.

Fosterand maintain professional relationships with travel suppliersclientele and trip operators.

Qualifications &Skills :

Proficiency in English; additionallanguage skills are advantageous.

Strong familiarity withsocial media platforms Zoom and Google Suite.

Attention todetail accuracy and exceptional organizationalabilities.

Proven problemsolving skills and effectivecollaboration with colleagues.

Quick adaptability todiverse computer software programs preferably with experienceacross various applications.

Highly developed multitaskingabilities and efficient task prioritization.

Education andExperience Requirements :

Preferred minimum of 1years of customer service experience.

High school diplomaor GED preferred.

Previous experience as a travel agent isbeneficial.

Must have access to a laptop / smartphone andreliable internetaccess.
