Pay Range : $76,000-$109,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities) :

Project Planning

  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with the project sponsor.
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies stakeholders and the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
  • Determine the resources (time, people, etc.) required to complete the project.
  • Develop a schedule for the project and review with all stakeholders.
  • Determine KPI's for success of the project.
  • Facilitate core team meetings-Summarize deliverables to ensure stakeholders are organized and remain on task for the duration of the project.

Project Implementation

  • Execute the project according to the project plan.
  • Develop forms and records to document project activities.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify value engineering / value add cost savings opportunities.
  • Upon completion of the project, document lessons learned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years project management experience in a business environment or 7+ years supply chain experience
  • Strong math, business analytical, and presentation skills
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Ability to manage and prioritize critical activities independently in a fast-paced continuously changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs is required (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Project, etc.).
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills required.
  • The ability to handle multiple complex projects at one time.
