Role Purpose :

As the National Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth in the Commercial and Specialty Vehicle market.

You will leverage your creativity, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of sales to develop innovative strategies that drive new business and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Your role is vital in building trust and fostering collaboration across teams, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

  • In-depth knowledge of the sales process, including tools and strategies for success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and build rapport.
  • Proven ability to sell value propositions at multiple levels within both our company and customer organizations.
  • Track record of success in growing sales and achieving sales objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills with a history of meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A college degree (BA / BS) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in sales with a preference for custom solution selling to OEM’s, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and working with distribution channels.
  • Experience with planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Travel : 20-30%

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadership : Drive the sales strategy forward, ensuring a professional approach and instilling urgency and accountability for achieving revenue and profitability goals.
  • Execution : Owns and coordinates the execution of the annual sales PLAN through pipeline development and opportunity management.
  • Foster Team Cohesion : To common company goals, company message, common understanding of the company mission and model and a commitment to teamwork.
  • People Development : Committed to the growth and continued enhanced performance of the individual self through continuous improvement.
  • Sales : Will play primary role nurturing "key" account relationships. Ensure clients hear a unified and singular message regarding company’s service, quality selection and customer promise.
  • Sales Development : Help identify new product & sales channel opportunities to develop with the product and project management teams.
  • Competition : Collect, report market & competitor information including product pricing & positioning
  • Reporting : Provides regular timely updates on sales & market activities
  • Forecasts : Develop and update sales plans and forecasts for new business and new products, contributing to company and marketing plans, and overseeing travel account planning.

Participate in stage gate project reviews.

  • Market Information : Seeks and reports market information for planning, pricing strategies, new products.
  • Follow all requirements to support Vista Quality Objectives

If deficient in any area of responsibility, appropriate training will be implemented, and successful completion evaluated.
