About the Role and Team : Creativity is the soul of advertising. The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users.
Responsibilities : Product Marketing, Strategy & Enablement- Deliver go-to-market strategy for all creative solutions, both 1st party and 3rd party, in North America with key global advertisers.
- Be well versed on the creative ecosystem and its developments - have key relationships partner side that enable us to innovate with GA clients.
- Deliver strategic recommendations to clients that can cascade globally and be adopted more broadly in regions. Be a trusted advisor to brands, be solution orientated.
- Understand intrinsically how to use creators as part of a creative marketing playbook and their role in the creative ecosystem and our product suite.
- Work as an innovator - unearth global client creative challenges and recommend product solutions that we should build to further unlock revenue at a global level.
- Meet key attributed revenue targets and product penetration goals across GA&A accounts for 3rd Party and First Party products at TikTok.
Cross-functional Collaboration- Be the lead point of contact for NA based GA&A clients and GBS team.- Build a strong cross functional relationship with the GA&A (Global Accounts and Agency Team) and understand gaps and opportunities to accelerate creative excellence and revenue.
- Partner with Regional North America Creative Operations team in delivery and execution of Strategic Funds / Joint Business Plans for GA&A advertisers.
- Coordinate with other internal teams, including GBM, Strategy & Operations, PSO, and Trading, to bring industry-specific creative playbooks to global advertisers.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications : - Minimum 5 years of experience in BD, Creative Partnerships, Product Marketing, Creator Marketing or similar- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and use them to inform decision-making- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications : - Experience leading others formally or on a project basis is desiredTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
