As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to enhance the skills and performance of employees across our Center of Excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery, with experience in a fast-paced contact center environment.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve training objectives and contribute to the overall success of our organization and our clients.
How you can take Ownership of this role :
- Understand the contact center environment and the key levers to pull to enhance performance and achieve client and organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including courseware, instructional materials, and assessment tools.
- Deliver training sessions in a classroom or online setting, using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and orally.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
What you will bring to the table :
- 5+ years of call center / BPO experience.
- Experience with Camtasia, Articulate, and ADDIE.
- Strong Microsoft Office product proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio : experience using pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Experience presenting in a classroom training environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8 : 30 am-5 : 30 pm.
What you may bring to the table :
- Experience and / or qualification in Lean / Six Sigma or different process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of the cruise line industry.
