Salary : $25 / hour
A manufacturing company located near Schaumburg, IL is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is a good opportunity for someone with administrative or customer support experience within the manufacturing industry.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00a-5 : 00p
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls, direct calls to appropriate party, take messages.
- Working with ERP system for billing, purchase orders, and other tasks.
- Perform project invoicing and closeouts.
- Check factory acknowledgements for accuracy.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams and make effective decisions on projects
- Clerical duties such as scanning, filing, shredding, etc..
Requirements :
- 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Must have worked with an ERP system previously
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, & PDF document creation
- Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
