- Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Supervise and mentor payroll staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Manage payroll systems and software, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely and effective manner
